Qualifications:

Diploma from a recognized Social Services Support Worker program, two (2) years' related experience, or equivalent education/training

Valid B.C. driver's license for local travel

Knowledge of recovery principles, community resources, substance misuse, mental health, and behavior management

Ability to assist clients with life skills, establish rapport, observe changes, manage conflict, and communicate effectively

Physical ability to perform job duties
