Are you a mental health professional experienced in supporting individuals in psychological distress? We are seeking a Mental Health Specialist to provide interventions to injured workers, collaborating with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations. You will play a crucial role in supporting injured workers and their families during periods of psychological distress, working with community mental health resources, and serving as a resource to claims management teams throughout the province.

Your background and experience should include a master's degree in a related discipline, four years of relevant experience with a master's degree, or six years of experience with a bachelor's degree. Registration or eligibility to register with a professional college or regulatory body is required. A valid B.C. driver's license is also necessary.
Before employment, you must meet legal requirements under the Criminal Records Review Act and confirm eligibility to work in Canada.
