Are you a mental health professional with experience supporting individuals in psychological distress? WorkSafeBC is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to provide interventions to injured workers during their recovery and return to work. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations, offering support to workers and their families in times of distress. You will also work with community mental health resources and claims management teams across the province.

Your background and experience should include a master's degree in a related discipline, four years of experience with a master's degree or six years with a bachelor's degree, registration with a professional college, and a valid B.C. driver's license. Before employment, you must meet legal requirements under the Criminal Records Review Act and confirm your eligibility to work in Canada.
