Are you a mental health professional experienced in providing support to individuals in psychological distress? WorkSafeBC is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to offer interventions to injured workers during their recovery and return to work. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and address risk situations, provide support to workers and their families in times of distress, and work with community mental health resources. Your responsibilities will include reviewing suicide risk reports, preparing mental health service plans, communicating with vulnerable workers, and delivering presentations on suicide risk identification.

Your background should include a master's degree in a related field, experience in mental health and crisis intervention, and registration with a professional college.
