Are you a mental health professional experienced in supporting individuals in psychological distress? WorkSafeBC is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to provide interventions to injured workers during their recovery and return to work. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations, offering support to workers and their families in times of distress. You will also work with community mental health resources, provide guidance to claims management teams, and deliver presentations on suicide risk identification and response.
