Are you a mental health professional with experience supporting individuals in psychological distress? WorkSafeBC is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to provide interventions to injured workers during their recovery and return to work. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations, providing support to injured workers and their families. You will also work with community mental health resources, serve as a resource to claims management teams, and deliver presentations on suicide risk identification and response.

Your background and experience should include a master's degree in a related discipline, four years of related experience with a master's degree, or six years of related experience with a bachelor's degree. Registration or eligibility to register with a professional college or regulatory body is required, as well as a valid B.C. driver's license.
Before employment, you must meet legal requirements under the Criminal Records Review Act and confirm your eligibility to work in Canada.
