Are you a mental health professional with experience supporting individuals in psychological distress? We are seeking a Mental Health Specialist to provide interventions to injured workers to aid in their recovery and return to work. In this role, you will collaborate with WorkSafeBC clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations, offering support to injured workers and their families during periods of distress. This is an 18-month temporary assignment that provides valuable experience within our organization.

Your background and experience should include a master's degree in a related discipline, experience in mental health and crisis intervention, registration with a professional college or regulatory body, and a valid B.C. driver's license. Before employment, you must meet legal requirements and confirm your eligibility to work in Canada.
