Are you a mental health professional experienced in supporting individuals in psychological distress? WorkSafeBC is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to provide interventions to injured workers during their recovery and return to work. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, internal staff, and external stakeholders to identify and respond to risk situations, offering support to workers and their families during periods of distress. This temporary 18-month assignment provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience within the organization.

Your background and experience should include a master's degree in a related discipline, four years of related experience with a master's degree, or six years of experience with a bachelor's degree. Registration or eligibility to register with a professional college is required, along with a valid B.C. driver's license.
Before employment, you must meet legal requirements under the Criminal Records Review Act and confirm your eligibility to work in Canada.
