Key Responsibilities:
Manage Occupational Medicine and medical surveillance programs
Assist with return to work solutions for employers
Deliver innovative employee health programs
Handle both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
Maintain compliance with occupational health legislation
Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently
Show willingness to learn and adapt
Utilize electronic medical record systems
Demonstrate excellent case management skills
Ensure strict confidentiality and high ethical standards
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Stay organized and detail-oriented
