Altum Health, a department within the University Health Network, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team in Vaughan. The successful candidate will work on complex and challenging cases, providing client-centered services to individuals with a focus on injury or illness. Altum Health aims to prevent and manage acute and chronic injuries, integrating clients back into the workplace and home life.

The Occupational Therapist will empower and support clients through their recovery, treating orthopedic disorders, chronic pain, and aiding in the rehabilitation and return to work of injured workers. Qualifications include registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, a minimum of two years of related experience, and experience in supporting concussion and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Altum Health is looking for a clinician who can adhere to confidentiality requirements, demonstrate initiative, and possess excellent judgment and prioritizing skills. They should be a passionate team player with excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. The ability to provide group education sessions and lead small group learning is also essential.
