This job posting is for an Occupational Therapist position at Southern Health-Santé Sud in Bethesda Regional Health Centre in Steinbach. The position is temporary due to maternity leave, with a salary range of $47.62 - $56.30 per hour. The therapist will work with adults in a multidisciplinary regional rehabilitation team, providing assessment, intervention, consultation, and education in various settings.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, active registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. They should also possess strong communication, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, respect confidentiality, and meet the physical and mental demands of the job is essential.

Applicants must have a valid Class 5 driver's license, access to an insured vehicle, and liability insurance. The position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as travel to other regional facilities.
