Cubhouse Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join their team. The OTA will deliver play-based, goal-directed intervention under the supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist, supporting children ages 2-18 in home, school, daycare, and community settings.

This role involves delivering individualized OT intervention sessions in areas such as fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, emotional regulation, handwriting, visual-motor skills, ADLs, and play skills. The OTA will facilitate engaging, play-based sessions tailored to each child's interests and goals, support caregiver education, and maintain organized caseload management.
