Description:

We're seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our team in the Special Care Services department. As part of an interdisciplinary case management team, you will assist severely injured workers in developing and maintaining independence in various activities. This role involves providing compassionate service to individuals injured at work and collaborating with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply theoretical knowledge to assess and plan health care services for clients
  • Conduct onsite visits to injured workers and external service providers
  • Provide clinical support during team meetings
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders for stay-at-work programs
  • Deliver education sessions to internal and external audiences
  • Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration in British Columbia
  • Minimum of six years of clinical OT experience in various areas
  • Valid B.C. driver's license
