We're seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our team in the Special Care Services department, providing high-quality service to severely injured workers. This role involves being part of an interdisciplinary case management team and offering clinical support to help injured individuals regain independence in self-care, vocational rehabilitation, and daily living activities.

**What you'll do**

Apply theoretical knowledge to assess, interpret, plan, and implement health care services for clients with physical or mental health conditions

Conduct onsite visits to injured workers, worksites, and external service providers

Provide clinical support during team meetings

Oversee complex physical or mental health claims

Collaborate with external stakeholders for stay-at-work programs and return to work planning

Deliver education sessions to internal and external audiences

**Your background and experience**

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration in British Columbia

Minimum of six years of clinical OT experience

Valid B.C. driver's license
