Description:

We are seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our team in the Special Care Services department. As part of an interdisciplinary case management team, you will assist severely injured workers in developing and maintaining independence in self-care, vocational rehabilitation, and daily living activities.

What you'll do

Apply theoretical knowledge to assess, interpret, plan, and implement health care services

Conduct onsite visits to injured workers and external service providers

Provide clinical support during team meetings

Collaborate with external stakeholders for stay-at-work programs

Deliver education sessions to internal and external audiences

 A minimum of six years of clinical OT experience in practical areas such as physical health, neurology, mental health, brain injury, amputation, or spinal cord injury
 This team provides services to injured workers throughout the province; you must be able to travel
 A valid B.C. driver's license
