As an Occupational Therapist II, you will coordinate occupational therapy and allied health clinical services, provide supervision, and make day-to-day clinical decisions. You will work independently and as part of a team, providing leadership and ensuring evidence-based practice. Responsibilities include operational planning, staffing decisions, and direct clinical service provision.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate occupational therapy and allied health clinical services
Provide supervision of students and team members
Make day-to-day clinical decisions on patient/family needs
Ensure evidence-based practice and compliance with regulations
Participate in program development and operational planning
Make decisions on staffing levels, workflow, and caseload priorities
Carry out roles of direct clinical service provider, consultant, educator, and advocate
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or bachelor's degree with related experience
Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
