Adora Bright Pediatric Therapy Services is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic focused on supporting children and youth of all abilities. Our team of professionals, including Registered Behavior Analysts, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and Speech-Language Pathologists, works collaboratively to provide high-quality, evidence-based services in a supportive and inclusive environment.

As part of our growth, we are expanding our Occupational Therapy services to assist children with daily living skills, sensory integration, motor development, and functional independence.

Position Summary:

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapist Assistants (OTAs) to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with other professionals to deliver individualized intervention for pediatric clients, emphasizing teamwork and child-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify functional, sensory, and developmental needs.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
  • Provide clinical guidance and supervision to OTAs.
  • Support families with strategies for skill generalization.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Implement OT treatment plans under the supervision of a registered OT.
  • Deliver intervention sessions focused on functional goals.
  • Collect data and document client progress.
  • Communicate observations to the supervising OT.
  • Support families in carrying over strategies into daily routines.
  • Qualifications:

  • Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
  • Completion of an OTA program or equivalent training.
  • Experience working under a registered OT is preferred.
  • Experience with pediatric populations is an asset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach.
