As an Occupational Therapist (OT) on our team, you will be responsible for developing programs that allow individuals to fully participate in daily activities. Your focus will be on children aged 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Job Types: Part-time and full-time roles are available, with the option of a 4-day or 3-day work week.

Salary: $80,000-$102,000.00 per year.

Work setting: Center-based in Langley.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess client needs and family priorities as part of an interdisciplinary team

Complete assessments using standardized tests, criterion or curriculum referenced materials, or checklists

Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment results

Consult with Behavior Analysts overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis Programs

Maintain knowledge of evidence-based practices

Supervise students in Occupational Therapy education

Represent the OT department in Monarch House

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience working with children with ASD

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapist (OT)

Familiarity with assessment tools and current research in the field

Member of COTBC / COTO / ACOT or eligible to apply

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Flexibility in scheduling clients

Note: Up to $10,000 relocation allowance and COTBC registration fee assistance available for candidates moving from another province.
