Bayshore Home Care Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Personal Support Worker (PSW) FLOAT to join their team in Brantford. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle, be dedicated to providing exceptional care, and have a valid driver's license along with a PSW diploma or be an internationally educated nurse.

As a Bayshore PSW, you will visit clients in Brantford and surrounding areas, providing daily support activities based on Care Plans. Tasks may include personal care, homemaking services, and general household management. The contract details for this position include a 50hr guaranteed bi-weekly schedule, a temporary 6-month assignment, and set schedules based on need. The geographic areas covered will be either North or South Brantford, with availability for shifts from 6:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pm.
