We are currently seeking Part Time and Full Time Personal Support Workers (PSW) for Community Care in Wasaga Beach. SE Health offers a $1500 sign-on bonus, great benefits, and a supportive team. We are a participating employer of the Health Force Ontario (HFO) PSW, Return of Service (ROS) program, offering $10,000 funding for eligible PSW graduates in exchange for a 12-month commitment to work full-time.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and daily access to a vehicle

Meet immunization requirements

Current vulnerable sector check

Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid

Availability to work days OR evenings and every other weekend

Physically able to perform the duties of the position

Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW:

Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
 RN or RPN
 Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed)
 Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma
 Foreign trained healthcare professional  Nurse

Requirements:

 Meet Immunization requirements  MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus and Covid

 This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fiftyfive (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
