The Personal Support Worker will provide personal care services to clients, following established care plans and internal and external standards of practice. Duties include assisting with daily living activities, observing and documenting client conditions, implementing infection prevention practices, and participating in quality and safety initiatives.

Key qualifications for this role include graduation from an accredited Personal Support Worker Program, at least one year of personal care experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in English or French. The Personal Support Worker will report to the Clinical Manager and must demonstrate ongoing competency in their role.
