Description:

Work as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in a close team environment with several others to care for a quadriplegic individual. The main focus of the job is on the health and well-being of the quadriplegic individual, who will set priorities and provide direction.

The position requires familiarity with performing bowel routines and will involve working on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Shift lengths may vary from 4 to 7 hours, so it is important to keep your afternoons open and avoid commitments that require leaving before 3 PM.

Responsibilities include assisting with bowel routines, showering, dressing, personal grooming, food preparation, and other activities of daily living such as cleaning and shopping. The pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour.
