Role Description This is a parttime onsite role for a Personal Support Worker based in Mississauga, ON. Schedule Details Part‑Time Position : Approximately 28 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Personal &amp; Cognitive Support

Provide gentle assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
 Offer cueing, redirection, and reassurance to support memory, orientation, and emotional stability.
 Maintain a calm, predictable routine to reduce confusion and anxiety.
 Engage the client in simple, meaningful activities (conversation, music, light exercises, sensory activities).

Mobility &amp; Safety
 Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and fall‑prevention strategies.
 Monitor for changes in behaviour, mood, or physical condition and report concerns promptly.
 Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free environment.

Daily Living Support

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
 Provide medication reminders (no administration required).
 Support continence care and maintain hygiene with dignity and respect.
 Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care.

Communication &amp; Collaboration

Communicate clearly and compassionately with family members and care coordinators.
 Document daily observations and care activities as required.
