Lambton Elderly Outreach is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker (PSW) willing to travel throughout Lambton County for a vacant position. The PSW will assist clients with daily living activities they cannot do alone, following the Client Plan of Care. The role requires a client-centered approach and offers competitive wages, government wage enhancement, paid mileage, training, and more.

Primary duties include personal care, respite care, home management, errands, and accurate record-keeping. Core competencies include customer focus, communication, teamwork, and professionalism. Key responsibilities involve knowing the agency's mission, respecting confidentiality, and following ethical guidelines. Requirements include a PSW certificate, driver's license, first aid certification, and a clear criminal reference check. Moderate technology skills are preferred.
