Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:
Assisting with activities of daily living such as skin care, oral care, bathing, and feeding
Ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents
Observing and reporting on residents' health and living conditions
Recognizing and reporting changes in residents' behavior or condition
Maintaining a clean and orderly environment
Respecting resident confidentiality
Assisting in planning and implementing resident care plans
Following health and safety guidelines
Completing all mandatory education
Requirements:
Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker Certificate
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
