Nova Scotia Health is seeking a Pharmacist to join the team at St. Martha's Regional Hospital in the Eastern Zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective drug therapy, overseeing drug distribution systems, providing clinical pharmacy services, and participating in medical rounds. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits package.

Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services, the Pharmacist will supervise pharmacy support staff, resolve drug-related problems, and provide medication teaching to patients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy, be licensed to practice in Nova Scotia, and have a minimum of two years' experience in a hospital pharmacy setting. Strong communication skills and knowledge of drugs and therapeutics are essential.
