Description:

Nova Scotia Health is seeking a Pharmacist for a casual hourly full-time long-assignment position at Colchester East Hants Health Centre in the Northern Zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective drug therapy, overseeing drug distribution systems, supervising pharmacy support staff, and providing clinical pharmacy services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or an entry-level Pharmacy Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited university, completion of a Pharmacy Residency Program, eligibility for registration with the Nova Scotia Pharmacy Regulator, and BLS certification. Additionally, a minimum of two years of clinical practice experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
