Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and perform Technical Online Demonstrations for potential clients
  • Create and customize trial portals to demonstrate the importance and use of the LMS
  • Build out use cases for prospects and solve integration questions
  • Troubleshoot any issues prospects encounter in the LMS
  • Respond to technical questionnaires and functionality questionnaires
  • Assist the proposals team in responding to RFIs
  • Attend on-site demos with Account and Sales Executives
  • Qualifications:

  • Innovative mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
  • Results-oriented with a track record of managing multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or certification
  • Technical background and client-facing sales support experience
  • Experience in SaaS software sales or sales support
