The Program Manager, Community Health and Clinical Partnerships (CHCP) at the University of Notre Dame works to advance health and well-being initiatives by collaborating with the research community and external partners. The Program Manager acts as a project manager, supporting projects and proposals with community and clinical partners who may serve as Co-Principal Investigators or sub-grantees. This position is crucial in fostering long-term partnerships between Notre Dame and regional stakeholders to achieve shared goals and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and collaborate with Notre Dame faculty and research teams on community health and clinical partnership opportunities.

Serve as a liaison and representative of Notre Dame with regional community, clinical, and health-focused partners.

Manage and support collaborative projects and proposal development with external partners.

Coordinate and manage regional projects in alignment with University goals and partner expectations.

Develop substantive partnerships between Notre Dame and community organizations.

Convene partners and facilitate communication among faculty, administrators, and community colleagues.

Navigate University systems, policies, and procedures to support research and partnership activities.

Qualifications:

Master's degree; or Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience; or advanced certification beyond a Bachelor's degree

5+ years of professional experience in community health, research administration, program management, or related field

Ability to effectively interface with faculty, staff, administrators, and community partners

Knowledge of community landscape and familiarity with Notre Dame research, systems, and policies
