Are you a kinesiologist, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist experienced in rehabilitation program development and evaluation? We're seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to review external service provider programs for injured workers. Responsibilities include connecting with clinical service providers, preparing reports, and participating in committees to relay recommendations. This temporary six-month position offers a chance to try a new role or gain experience in the field.

As a QA Supervisor, you'll ensure effective access to evidence-based programs and services to aid in the recovery of injured workers. The position allows for a hybrid work model, combining remote work and office-based tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field inquiries from internal and external customers regarding service delivery
  • Investigate and develop recommendations on service complaints
  • Conduct virtual and onsite visits to external service providers
  • Prepare reports on findings and recommendations for improvement
  • Qualifications:

  • Work as a resource and expert on assigned programs
  • Collaborate in team settings with a solution-focused mindset
  • Apply clinical knowledge for quality assurance
  • Develop and present educational sessions
  • Maintain professional skills through continuing education
  • Travel to locations in BC as required
  • Background and Experience:

  • Master's degree in physiotherapy or occupational therapy with current registration
  • Bachelor's degree in kinesiology with current membership
  • Minimum of three to six years of healthcare industry experience
  • Valid BC driver's license
  • Before employment, candidates must meet legal requirements under the Criminal Records Review Act and confirm eligibility to work in Canada.
