Medavie Health Services New Brunswick (MHSNB) is seeking a Regional Medical Lead for the NB Health Link Program. This position involves advocating for the program, aligning regional services with organizational standards, and optimizing resources to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

As part of the NB Health Link core team, the Regional Medical Lead will report to the Program's Medical Director and play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality care. Role & Responsibilities:

Advise on NBHL policies, procedures, and directives to ensure alignment with regional needs and goals.

Develop and maintain relationships with regional leaders, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.

Collaborate with community health stakeholders to assess local healthcare challenges and improve access.

Lead efforts in recruiting local providers and strengthening the provider network.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at expanding service capacity and enhancing patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements

Medical Doctor (MD) degree and active medical license in New Brunswick

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a primary healthcare setting

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Experience working in a Cloud-based Electronic medical record

Service oriented

Qualifications &amp; Requirements Education / Experience
