Northwood Women & Children's Wellness is seeking a passionate and collaborative Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join their founding team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in women's health, prenatal and postpartum care, pediatrics, breast cancer recovery, general wellness, and musculoskeletal care. Key Responsibilities:

Complete thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide evidence-informed massage therapy treatments to a diverse clientele.

Educate clients on their condition, treatment plan, and self-management strategies.

Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide client-centered care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards.

Participate in clinic initiatives, community outreach, and educational opportunities.

Contribute ideas to shape services, programs, and overall client experience.

Qualifications:

Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Professional liability insurance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to evidence-informed practice and lifelong learning.

Experience or interest in women's health, prenatal/postpartum care, pediatrics, oncology/breast cancer recovery, sports, orthopaedics, or chronic pain is an asset.

Collaborative mindset and willingness to grow within an interdisciplinary environment.

What You'll Do

Complete thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's goals, needs, and presentation.
 Provide evidenceinformed massage therapy treatments to a diverse clientele, with opportunities to develop special interests in women's health, prenatal and postpartum care, pediatrics, breast cancer recovery, orthopaedics, sports injuries, chronic pain, and general wellness.
 Provide safe, compassionate, and clientcentered care while adapting treatments to meet the needs of each individual.
 Educate clients on their condition, treatment plan, selfmanagement strategies, and ways to support their longterm health and wellness.
 Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of physiotherapists, naturopaths, kinesiologists, and other wellness professionals to provide coordinated, clientcentered care.
 Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and uphold all professional and regulatory standards.
 Participate in clinic initiatives, community outreach, educational opportunities, and events that support the growth of Northwood.
 Contribute ideas that help shape our services, programs, treatment offerings, and overall client experience as we continue to grow.
