This position on Pediatrics acts as a primary care provider, delivering nursing care to individuals and families with various health care needs. The successful applicant will utilize the nursing process, have strong pediatric assessment skills, advocate for the family, work in a family-centered care environment, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. A thorough orientation program is offered to support new graduates to experienced staff.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide nursing services, ensure patient safety and well-being, utilize critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and advocate for patients and families. You will play a leadership role in patient care, health promotion, and maintenance, reflecting the values of AHS.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program
• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with CRNA
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Basic computer literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to nursing standards
• Ability to work effectively with others and accept change

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent Pediatric experience preferred
• Recent Charge Nurse experience preferred
