The Stollery Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the Sturgeon Community Hospital site is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing services to patients and families. The RN will play a leadership role in supporting patient care, health promotion, and maintenance within an interdisciplinary team model. The position requires team education and support in neonatal assessment/care to infants and staff of the NICU, Post-Partum, and Labor and Delivery units at the SCH.

Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited nursing education program
Active or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider certification
Recent experience in a level 2 NICU and completion of NICU education training
Neonatal Resuscitation experience with current NRP certification
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Strong Family Centered Care philosophy
Preferred: Recent experience in a level 3 NICU and as a resuscitation stabilization triage nurse
