As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide a wide variety of nursing services to patients, families, communities, and populations, ensuring their safety and well-being. Utilizing strong assessment, organizational, and leadership skills, you will identify client needs and coordinate care planning with the interdisciplinary team. You will play a key role in facilitating client and family teaching, developing care plans, and ensuring services are provided and modified as necessary. Additionally, you will make timely referrals to stakeholders and provide direct care when needed. Experience in wound care, wound care principles and products, as well as palliative and home parenteral therapy is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited nursing education program
Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification
Physically able to perform all assigned tasks, including physical exertion
Minimum of 2 years Home Care experience within the last 5 years preferred
Experience with Connect Care, Service Authorizations, RAI-HC, Netcare, and AADLs
Experience with HPT, wound care, client teaching, and palliative support
Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and teamwork skills
