As a Registered Nurse, you will provide quality care to clients in the community, working closely with clients and their families in their residences or alternate care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of nursing services to patients, families, and communities
  • Utilize nursing processes, critical thinking, and decision-making to ensure patient safety and well-being
  • Play a leadership role in supporting an integrated and holistic approach to patient care
  • Teach, counsel, and advocate for patients and their families
  • Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited nursing education program
  • Active or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification
  • Minimum two years' experience with MediTech preferred
  • Experience in case management, Home Parenteral Therapy, wound care, palliative support, and client teaching is an asset
