As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Rimbey Hospital and Care Centre, you will provide a wide variety of nursing services to patients, families, communities, and populations. You will utilize nursing processes, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making to ensure the safety and well-being of those under your care. In addition to providing safe, quality patient and family-centered care, you will play a leadership role in supporting an integrated and holistic approach to patient care and health promotion.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited nursing education program
Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification
Additional Required Qualifications:
Connect Care, Care planning and tracking tools, InterRAI LTCF, Netcare, CCHSS, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word proficiency
Great interpersonal communication skills
Charge Nurse experience
Conflict management and Nonviolent crisis intervention experience
Ability to multitask and be a critical thinker in stressful situations
Moderate computer skills
Dementia care and management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Connect Care education, Continuing Care Facility Living Nurse, and Care Planning Badge
BLS certification
