All Ways of Caring Home Care Services is looking for Registered Nurses to provide professional nursing care to clients in home and community settings. This role involves collaborating with the Care Designer and care team to support client health, safety, and care outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing services within the scope of practice and applicable standards.
Conduct assessments, contribute to care plan development/updates, and support clinical decision-making.
Administer medications and treatments, monitor outcomes, and document accurately.
Identify and respond to changes in client condition, escalate concerns, and coordinate follow-up.
Provide health teaching, guidance, and support to clients and families.
Support caregivers through clinical guidance to ensure consistent and safe care delivery.
Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation and communicate effectively with internal teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
Current RN registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body.
Current CPR certification and First Aid as required.
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently.
Ability to travel to client visits with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Valid TLR Certificate.
Experience working with pediatric clients is an asset.
Flexible availability for 24-hour care (day, evening, night).
