The Northern Lights Regional Health Centre in Fort McMurray, Alberta, is seeking a Registered Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join their team. The ICU RN will provide patient care services based on facility standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Provide a wide variety of nursing services to patients, families, communities, and populations

Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited nursing education program

Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)

Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification

Additional Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Acute Care, Intensive Care Unit, or Critical Care area

Current certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Preferred Qualifications:

Orientation Program for Adult Critical Care in Alberta (OPACCA) certification

Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
