Lakeridge Health is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join their team in Oshawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care, documenting care, performing diagnostic testing, maintaining equipment, participating in quality assurance activities, and ensuring continuing education. They must work as part of an interdisciplinary team and carry out other assigned duties.

Qualifications for this role include a Diploma in Respiratory Therapy, current registration with the College of Respiratory Therapy of Ontario, and current B.C.L.S. certification. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to work independently and in a team, possess problem-solving and teaching skills, and have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Additional assets include previous clinical experience, advanced educational preparation, and PALS and ACLS certifications. A commitment to core values and safety programs is essential.
