Salon Dolce Vita in Port Credit, Mississauga, is looking for an experienced Salon Receptionist to join their luxury, high-volume hair salon team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced beauty environment, possess strong organizational skills, and prioritize exceptional client experiences.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a salon receptionist
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Professional, well-presented, and friendly demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with booking systems and point-of-sale software
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and responding to client inquiries professionally
Booking, confirming, and managing client appointments
Cashing out clients and handling payments accurately
Ordering and receiving salon retail and professional products
Pricing, organizing, and maintaining retail displays
Maintaining cleanliness of the salon front desk and common areas
Sweeping, laundry, washing color bowls, and light daily cleaning
Preparing and serving cappuccinos and beverages for clients
Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily salon operations
