They are seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant to provide strategic consultation and support to healthcare providers in Canada. This remote role involves improving clinical outcomes, enhancing patient care, and implementing best practices.
Responsibilities
Clinical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on clinical practices and quality improvement initiatives.
Needs Assessment: Identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions.
Training and Education: Design and implement training programs for clinical staff.
Patient Care Improvement: Develop patient-centered care models.
Policy Development: Formulate and review clinical policies and procedures.
Data Analysis: Analyze clinical data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
Project Management: Lead projects related to clinical initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Health Sciences, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years clinical experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in leading change projects in Canada.
Proven track record of implementing clinical programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and patient safety protocols.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
10-15% travel required.
