Solid understanding of GxP, validation, and data-integrity principles

Clear communication skills, able to translate technical issues into operational impact

Role Responsibilities  Serve as the main technical contact for lab users and stakeholders (R&amp;D, Quality, Product, and external vendors) for your assigned systems.  Support system configuration and ongoing improvements, including upgrades, releases, and integrations, in line with GxP, validation, and data‑integrity requirements.  Provide end‑to‑end operational support for key laboratory digital platforms (e.g., LIMS/ELN and connected lab applications) across one or more sites/regions.  Troubleshoot and resolve complex, high‑impact issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.  Keep documentation audit‑ready (SOPs, validation evidence, change records).  Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities to strengthen reliability and user experience of lab technology services.  Support Operational Technology (OT) activities for laboratory systems, including secure build/configuration, patching coordination, and lifecycle support of OT/ITconnected assets.  Support Cyber Security compliance for laboratory systems by implementing and maintaining required controls/tools addressing vulnerabilities, and supporting audits and remediation actions.
