They are seeking a Senior Medical Editor to ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of medical content across various materials.

Role Requirements

  • Edit and proofread scientific and promotional content
  • Ensure adherence to AMA style, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with medical, creative, and account teams
  • Verify references and citations for accuracy
  • Provide final proofreading and quality control
  • Support the development of editorial processes
  • Mentor junior editors and provide training

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in English, Journalism, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical editing
  • Strong knowledge of AMA style and industry regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with digital and print content workflows
  • Familiarity with medical and promotional review platforms

    • The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 CAD.
