Description:

The Cross Cancer Institute (CCI) is seeking a Clinical Radiation Oncology Medical Physicist to join their team. The successful candidate will work in a world-class cancer treatment center with cutting-edge technology and a focus on clinical care, treatment innovation, and research. Responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance programs, implementing new treatment techniques, and engaging in research and teaching. The ideal candidate will complement the existing programs and contribute to the development of new technologies.

The position is advertised at the Senior Medical Physicist level but may be filled at the Medical Physicist level based on qualifications. Required qualifications include FCCPM in Radiation Oncology, completion of a CAMPEP-accredited program, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications include a PhD, experience leading teams, and contributions to the field through publications or presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
