Intact Financial is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to join their team. The salary range for this position is $87,200 - $106,600 with an annual bonus potential of up to double the target. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, defining, and translating functional and technical specifications into test requirements, as well as designing and developing test cases. They will also coordinate end-to-end testing activities for projects and implement QA best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend Agile project ceremonies to report on test status

Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities

Coordinate test data preparation activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor or college degree in IT or equivalent education and experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Quality Assurance

In-depth knowledge of test best practices and tools

Good understanding of CI/CD concept

Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, and insurance industry

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bilingual in French and English
