Description:

Our client, a leader in designing and manufacturing high-quality aerosol drug delivery and lung health devices, is seeking a Senior Quality Technologist for their location in London, ON. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and support to Quality Technologists and Quality Inspectors, ensuring the maintenance and development of measurement techniques and plans to support current and new development programs. Responsibilities include setting an example for high-quality services when communicating with internal teams and external customers/suppliers, administering, reviewing, and maintaining quality system documents, contributing to general problem-solving activities, and process improvement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Qualifications for this role include a diploma or degree in a relevant technical field, 5 years of experience in quality or metrology in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of a quality system program, general knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), intermediate experience in MS Office, ability to read and interpret blueprints with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), experience in the use of OGP SmartScopes and SolidWorks, audit experience, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, good analytical skills, effective customer and supplier relation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills, experience working in an ISO 13485 system environment, knowledge of PLC programming, experience with data analysis software, and demonstrated ability to work in a close team environment.
