As a Service Worker I, you will be responsible for transporting patients and equipment within a hospital site, distributing supplies, cleaning equipment and patient care areas, and transporting lab specimens and patient charts. You will report concerns to Unit Managers and perform other duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport patients and equipment
Distribute and replenish hospital supplies
Clean equipment and patient care areas
Transport lab specimens, blood products, and patient charts
Report concerns to Unit Managers
Perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Additional Required Qualifications:
Responsible for stocking and returning MDRA supplies
Work with other Service Workers to perform departmental duties
Follow instructions from Working Leader or Supervisors
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Infection Prevention Control practices
