Description:

Qualicare Homecare is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Health Care Aides in the Sherwood Park area and Fort Saskatchewan. As a Health Care Aide, you will provide personal care services under the supervision of the Care Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and hygiene
  • Meal preparation and feeding
  • Light housekeeping duties
  • Accompany clients on outings
  • Medication assistance, administration, and reminders
  • Help with ambulation clients
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Follow care plans provided
  • Document and chart client progress

    • Qualifications:

  • Health Care Aide certification or equivalent
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Ability to travel within designated locations
  • Access to a mobile phone and internet
