TELUS Health is seeking a Social Worker (MSW) in Edmonton, AB to provide in-person counselling services for professional clients. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering expert clinical care to meet the unique needs of corporate and professional clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide confidential counselling services to professionals, executives, and corporate clients

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans

Deliver expert clinical care to meet the expectations of clients with high-performance careers

Support clients navigating challenges in leadership roles

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

Minimum five (5) years of post-masters clinical experience

Professional Registration - ACSW, CAP, CC

Knowledge of clinical assessment tools and experience with substance abuse and mental health assessments

Ability to assess psycho-social disorders and develop treatment plans

Strong report writing and case management skills

Experience supporting mandated clients and working in substance abuse treatment facilities

Basic knowledge of community resources in Edmonton
